As you know, when society have developed, the demand for the quality of human life is increasing. Nowsaday, we are living in more comfortable life. We have better care as well as the needs in our life are met easily. We go to work by varied, fast and modern vehicles as travelling by subway, cars, buses, motorbikes, electric bicycles, etc. We are studying in an open environment where we can learn many new things of science. Additionally, we have a better care of public health.

Whenever the health’s problem mentioned, many people will consider food safety and hygiene. How to prevent disease well and what sport to play, etc. However, there is a part of body which transports daily at least 50kg weight and helps us solve a lot of things like doing housework, going to work and going out, we are less interested in. That’s our feet.

Do you know under our soles having a lot of nerve and important spot and other parts of the body? So we have to take care of our feet heathy. Our life becomes happier when the daily worries are resolved quickly by having strong feet.

Today I would like to introduce you the first key to help your feet healthy and support to cure other diseases. Especially who are difficult to sleep or sleepless regularly should use this method. I do it daily and have a good sleep. Therefore, my quality of life is better day by day.

Soak feet in warm salt water

Making:

  1. Boil water then let it cool but warm
  2. Put 20g salt in warm water
  3. Soak feet in this water for 15 minutes
  4. Wipe feet dry with a clean towel
  5. Prepare cinnamon slippers to travel.

Doing everyday this way before sleeping will help you treat the following diseases:

-           Difficulty with sleeping, insomnia

-           Sweaty feet

-          Cracked heels
